IN THIS LESSON

Lesson 5 To Do's:

  1. Download and complete the worksheet and file in your Emotional Health Binder.

  2. Draw your own hypothetical map. What does it look like? Are you on a mountain top? In a valley? Are you in quicksand? Standing next to a raging river? Is it a place you retreat to where you can regroup? Where are you on that map right now? What does it feel like? What does it sound like? Paint yourself a picture. Add this to your binder so you can see where you are.

  3. CELEBRATE. 🥳 You have made a commitment to yourself, and that is HUGE. Isn’t it time to celebrate? Call a friend, dance, tag Ali on IG so we can celebrate you, seriously, go celebrate!
