  1. For the next week when you are making your breakfast ask yourself, "what is the mindset I woke up in?" Keep track of this in your Emotional Health Journal.

  2. Ask yourself, what is the next degree better thought that you can have, not the best, but just one degree better and track that in your journal/binder.
