Unlike talk therapy, my 1:1 work focuses on expelling trauma from the body through somatic healing. What people don't know is your trauma is held in your body's fascia tissue, and if not worked on can manifest into physical pain and illness.

My coaching practice will help you to locate that emotional pain on your body, understand the impact it has on your body, and teach you how to move the emotional charge out of your body to restore your nervous system so it can heal.

After years of having an irregular cycle I am now having healthy normal cycles and my UC is in remission!

Emotionally, I feel like my body worked through some of it's longest standing pain, things that came up that I never really let myself feel DEEPLY. WHY I BECAME A COACH…


A lot of what is seen in our everyday lives and in the media glamorizes toxic traits and behaviors when coping with trauma and emotional pain. At the same time as someone who has experienced Trauma you might be finding yourself lost in the self help books, stumbling upon the tiktoks explaining trauma & more. I felt myself in this exact place 10 years ago. As someone that was riddled with emotional pain, complex PTSD and developmental trauma I know how hard it can be to feel SAFE in your body. When I was in the trauma recovery I felt lost, confused and insecure. I though there had to be another way. I had tried a plethora of healing modalities like talk therapy, CBT,EMDR and nothing seemed to really move the needle for me until I learned how to move the emotional charge out of my body. When I learned how to do this I was able to start living my life beyond the pain I felt from the trauma and emotional charge.

Using a trauma informed lense is critical in order to restore safety in our bodies and with our emotions.

In the my coaching practice I teach my clients how to communicate their feelings and needs, learn how to trust themselves and their body, create safety and discern between what is a trigger and what is the present. My coaching practice focuses largely on the body, because trauma lives in the BODY not the brain. My clients learn healing techniques and methods that help move the old emotional charge so they can live in the present.
