I’m excited you’re here! As an Emotional Health Coach, my mission is to teach individuals how to gain authority over their life and emotions. So they can heal from their past conditioning and learn how to find healing from their Emotional Pain, Trauma and Limiting Beliefs.
From my own healing journey I became a certified Trauma-Informed Coach and am a Somatic Experience Practitioner (In-Training). I have guided dozens of students step into their highest selves & achieved their greatest potential.
For almost 10 years I have studied the ins and outs of trauma, somatics, nervous system regulation, embodiment, self-confidence and physical health.
I believe that healing is highly individualized and unique. What works for one person might not work for another - and that is okay! I teach individuals how regain control over their life and emotions and become their own self healer.
This is when you find freedom through healing.
