Hi, I’m Ali—founder of Be-Well. We help teams feel better and work better by teaching emotional wellness and practical tools to manage stress and prevent burnout.
I didn’t start in wellness, I went to school to be in broadcasting
like Erin Andrews. But after facing my own battle with my own health, I turned that setback into my purpose; and built a career helping others heal and perform at their best.
Through Be-Well, I help teams improve retention, focus, and cohesion, creating lasting impact that goes far beyond the event day. I believe when people feel safe in their bodies, they do their best work.
